今インターでは「オルカフェスタ」（学習成果発表会）の準備の真っ最中…！
毎日のように生徒から成果物の受取があり、
コーチ達は多様な成果物とその完成度の高さに目を見張っています＾＾
インターは「単位制」の通信制スクールであり、
在校生は担任コーチと設定した学習目標・学習時間を達成したら、
学習成果物と共に「評価シート」を提出しなければなりません。
その最大の特徴は、「自己評価」と「他者評価」を併せた総合評価であるということ。
一般的な高校ではテスト結果や先生による評価が最終評価になっていると思いますが、
インターでは生徒自身が自分の学習達成について評価を下すのです。
また、他者評価も担任コーチ一人によるのではなく、
別のコーチが第二評価を行い、より客観的な評価を行う仕組みになっています。
全て生徒が主導となるので、自分がやらなければ何も進まない、、、けれど、
自分自身が評価に加わることができるのは、通常の高校にはない特徴です。
